Within the mind we have three different levels of consciousness:
1. Conscious:
It is the part that gives meaning to everything we are experiencing without having to make an effort. This is where we can reproduce everything we perceive, what we think and what we remember.
2. Subconscious:
This door gives you access to those things and experiences that you have had and that remain forgotten for the moment. That is, there is information that entered through your conscious mind and that is missing for the moment. With effort, you could return this information to your consciousness again.
3. Unconscious:
It occupies the most space in our minds and is where we have stored millions of experiences since we were born and that are not rememberable. The impulses, tendencies, impressions, thoughts that we do not control and the memories that we repress are in this space. This area is the one that is most worked on from the side of psychology, to investigate in ourselves the reasons for our behaviors.

As human beings we must understand the importance that our mind has in all aspects of our life. Our thoughts manifest themselves in actions, and the stronger this thought is, the more impact our decisions generate.
This is why below we are going to delve into the significance of working on our conscious to achieve changes in the subconscious.
We are the result of all the information stored in the subconscious and unconscious, but this does not define us as people. By changing the beliefs and behaviors that we have installed, we also change the way we see the world and, consequently, our reality.
It is proven that the quality of the information and experiences stored has a significant impact on how we continue our lives, our ability to heal from illnesses and diseases and, finally, the ability to create what we want for ourselves.
As Marcel Proust said, "Things don't change, but by and by our wishes change."
How to Change our Subconscious
Let's start with a golden rule: if I change, my subconscious changes. But when do we use the subconscious? Whenever we generate a response that does not require our rational thinking. For example, when we stumble on the street or on a staircase and immediately make movements with our body to maintain balance. It is not something that we do rationally, our reflexes simply act on their own because it is something that we incorporate since we are babies and learn to walk.
Beginning to program this area of the brain requires that we stimulate our conscious:

1.- Find our weaknesses
We live surrounded by fears and prejudices. It is necessary that we identify these shortcomings of our mind to advance to the next stage of visualization.
2.- Visualization
We know what disturbs us, it's time to imagine how we want to live. Let's close our eyes, take a deep breath and think about where we want to go. Let's set a clear objective and go with our imagination to it, without fear or frustration. No one can stop you from reaching the finish line.
3.- Self-motivate
We are our own fans and we must harangue ourselves. We all have setbacks when we are heading towards a goal, the important thing is that these do not affect us, but rather that they enhance us. Making up phrases will help us not stop trying: “I am the best for this”, “no one can take my happiness away”, “I am the true owner of my life”, “nothing is impossible for me”.
4.- Live in the present
Anxiety can be one of our worst enemies. This phenomenon occurs when the mind wants to go faster than time. It is important that we control our anxiety levels and bring ourselves to the “here and now.” We will be able to list all the things we have in the present and that we love to bring our mind back to time and space.
5.- Get rid of negative thoughts
We must face fears. Every time we are negative, that thought is stored in our subconscious. “This is not for me”, “I can't do it”, “it's impossible”. All these phrases will be perpetuated in our mind and, the next time we want to achieve a goal, they will emerge to fill us with doubts and fears. Remember that every time we create a negative thought in our subconscious, it sooner or later appears in our rational mind.
It is not about living a toxic positive life, but about understanding the impact and importance of negative thoughts for our mind and our subsequent performance.
Healthy Mind, Healthy Body
“Mens sana in corpore sana”. He was born in imperial Rome in the 2nd century and preached exactly what he says: having a balanced spirit in a balanced body.
Stress is one of the main causes of chronic diseases such as cancer. Mental overwhelm, fear, hatred and all negative perceptions generate toxic chemicals in our body that end up making us sick.
Conclusion
The human body is a perfect machine, which is why we have survived on Earth for more than 300,000 years. Our mind is the engine of that perfect machine, for this reason it is of utmost importance that we work on it daily to make it increasingly stronger.
Resetting our subconscious will be vital to achieve everything we set out to do. It will also be essential to face health problems. Let us remember that all our childhood traumas are housed here, all the times we were told no, our fears and prejudices. We must constantly work to eradicate all these junk files from our minds in order to progress.
